Everything was formal. I remember goose bumps moving up my spine as the band played Hail to the Chief. It was surreal and very hard to believe I was watching JFK in person while they played the presidential salute. Had I not been so busy taking pictures I would have been asking people to pinch me to assure myself it wasnt some kind of dream.
