BIG 13/WTVT EMPLOYEE REUNION

Saturday, April 2, 2005, is the date for the WTVT employee reunion, to be held in Tampa at the Westshore Marriott.

The reunion will coincide with WTVT's 50th Anniversary and plans are being made to make the reunion spectacular and something we'll all remember.

Spouses, relatives, and significant others are welcome to attend!

After conducting an Email/Internet survey in February of 2004, the BIG 13 Reunion Committee selected the West Shore Marriott in Tampa as the location for our celebration. The Marriott was chosen for its professional banquet facility and services, locale (close to the Tampa International Airport and just across Tampa Bay from St. Petersburg).

So mark your calendars and join us in Tampa on Saturday, April 2nd, 2005. We'll have a great evening of presentations to celebrate WTVT's 50th Anniversary.

DRESS CODE?

Office casual. Jackets for men would be nice.

WHAT HAVE WE GOT PLANNED?

4pm -Tour of WTVT Studios

5:30 -Meet and Greet poolside at the West Shore
Marriott.

6:30 -Dinner

7:15 -WTVT 50th Celebration
This live event will feature individuals
who will share anecdotes and observations about
Channel 13. News, sports, weather, production,
engineering, management, and others will be
represented along with clip reels, outtakes,
a memorial reel, tributes to our favorite
Pulse-Inalities PLUS a musical tribute to Ernie Lee
performed by Scott Shuster and Robin Fellows.
And that's only part of what's planned!

Register!! Seating is limited and we're starting to get a high volume of RSVPs. (RSVP cut off date: March 26! If you're late registering Email the BIG 13 site first to see if seating is still available).

By carefully budgeting the costs we're setting the price at $50.00 per person. That will include a very nice dinner, photo murals, displays of memorabilia, and the audio/visual equipment and staff.
